  • Dr. Lauren Rudolph played lacrosse at CU Boulder and made her way back to Boulder as a family for the love of the community.

    She has been a skier her whole life, and got into ski touring while doing her medical residency In Utah.

    She currently practices sports medicine at Boulder Biologics (at Boulder Community Hospital ) as a dual board-certified Doctor in Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

    Amongst her current roles:

    - Team Physician for US Ski & Snowboard
    - Head Team Physician for WTB x Pivot Cycles
    - Adjunct Faculty at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Rocky Vista University
    - US Publications Subcommittee Chair at the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine

    Chris was Head Coach of the CU Swim Team before launching his own strength & conditioning holistic powerhouse, working with Tinman Elite (Adidas Pro team), CU Boulder Track & Field, CU Triathlon, Boulder High School Cross Country, and helping many Boulder Olympians and World Champs. 

    We developed our Strength & Plyometric' program with Kinesis, to best prepare for the unique demands of ski touring.

COMMUNITY PARTNERS

  • The Lake Eldora Race Team (LERT) was formed in 1975 to support local interest in ski racing.

    EMSC has emerged as a top team and program in the Rocky Mountain Division.  There are ski and snowboard racing, freeride/freestyle ski and snowboard, and all mountain programs offered.  All these programs are built to introduce kids and young adults to the competitive world of skiing and snowboarding.  EMSC offers an array of programs to a diverse group of athletes with a wide range of ability.  

    Boulder Skimo & EMSC are proud partners of the Youth Skimo Program.

  • Stephanie Vu is an intellectual property attorney at Lathrop GPM - a general service law firm - and specializes in patent law. She has developed a love for dawn patrol and full moon ski tours during the week and long ski tours on the weekend over the past few years. Her goals this year are to participate in more local weekday skimo races and to also volunteer at skimo races.
